design experience and creative flair into each unique piece in our showroom. From classic to
traditional to funky, there’s a High Level piece to suit every style.

Or, if you’re looking for something entirely your own, our craftsmen can build whatever you
need to your specifications – the only limit is your imagination. Are you tall and tired of sitting
with your knees under your chin? We can build a chair high enough to accommodate you.
Does your lower back bother you when you sit in a plush sofa? We can build one with the
solid support you need. Maybe you just want a piece of furniture that will make your friends
say “Wow! I’ve never seen anything like it!” Whatever you can imagine, we can create.

PAINSTAKING QUALITY
All of Cassidy’s custom-made pieces are built on frames of kiln-dried maple from Eastern
Canada. Each piece is cut to size, bored, doweled and hand assembled into a frame that’s
guaranteed for the life of the original buyer. It’s assembled using special extra-strength
adhesive, then double-doweled, nailed and screwed for added strength. Hardwood corner
blocks mean increased support.

A base is attached to the frame & reinforced with steel bands to provide a solid base for the
coil springs. The coil springs are then attached to the base. The springs are hand tied in
eight ways, meaning each spring is supported by each surrounding spring and the frame at
eight different points. This provides the proper tension and ensures lifelong comfort and
durability.

All seat cushions are stuffed by hand with high-density polyurethane foam or a blend of
polyfoam and goose and duck down, and are guaranteed for the life of the original owner.
Numerous layers of cotton and padding are used between the frame and the upholstery. The
deck cover is hand sewn, which provides beauty, scale and comfort. All outside arms, wings
and outside backs are hand sewn. We never use a metal tack strip which will push through
the upholstery over time. All fabric is hand-cut, tailored and positioned by hand by our
experienced craftsmen.
